ABOUT Ballegano
It is an Indian origin café brand. Its first flagship outlet started in Udaipur City, Rajasthan. It started under the company name Ballegano™ Flavours Pvt. Ltd. There are 4 founders of the brand – Dr Asha Chaudhary, Akshara Chaudhary, Arjun Choudhary, and Ayushman Choudhary.
All the above founders were very fond of travelling and eating as they travel all over India and abroad together. So a vision developed in all the founders to form a cafe chain that serves the best healthy and different types of food and beverages, and the concept of “CAFE BALLEGANO™” was introduced
Our Mission
CAFE BALLEGANO™ is right now one of the leading brands in India, and we plan to spread all over India and London with at least 25 outlets in the upcoming 2 years. We are not granting franchises to anyone right now and aim to become the talk of the town and the top choice for the people who love to eat and explore.
Our Vision
We aim to provide healthy and tasty, high-quality food and beverages to people of every age group, along with an ambience that is classy and peaceful to dine in with great Indian hospitality. The experience and taste that will make them crave to come back and experience it again, and will recommend it to family and friends.

Dr. Asha Chaudhary
She was ex. Lecturer in a degree college, she resigned her Job and now she is a successful business women. Leaving in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Arjun Chaudhary
He is an MBA and a businessperson.
Ayushman Chaudhary
He is an Engineer and Business person
Akshara Chaudhary
She Is M.BA. form London, UK, at present she is been working in London, UK.
